Between
business logic
and human behaviour.

(About)

Strativarius Studio

Businesses don’t grow simply because they are rationally better. They grow when people understand them, believe them, trust them and find them easy to choose.

Founding philosophy

Human connection is not softness. It is commercial infrastructure.

Behind every unclear brand, stalled sales engine, leaky customer journey or misaligned team is a human behaviour problem. Someone is confused. Someone is unconvinced. Someone is protecting status. Someone is avoiding risk. We design strategy around those realities.

The founder

Ashish Choudhury

Founder, Strativarius Studio

Ashish brings the structure of strategy, the sensitivity of design and the instincts of a writer to business problems. His work turns a leader’s intuition into meaning, systems and experiences that other people can understand and act on.

What we believe

i.

People don’t buy value they cannot perceive.

ii.

Clarity is a growth lever.

iii.

The small signal often beats the large claim.

iv.

Strategy should change behaviour, not only language.

v.

Data should discipline intuition, not flatten it.

vi.

A business scales when its best judgement is no longer trapped in one head.

Studio and software

Why a strategy firm builds software.

Why a strategy firm builds software.

We kept watching good strategy decay after the handover. So we build tools that hold the decisions in place. The Studio and our products are the same idea at two speeds.

Our parent company

Strativarius is part of Synergy Services Corporation.

Synergy is a trading house on India’s east coast, based in Visakhapatnam and supplying the plants that build the country since 1994. We share its long view: build what lasts.

Who we are for

Who we are right for

Chief executives, managing directors, partners and promoters who suspect the obvious answer is incomplete. We work best at inflection points: a launch, a repositioning, a move upmarket, stalled growth, sales that depend on one person, a customer experience that needs redesigning, or the strain of scaling.

Who we are not right for

Teams looking for decoration without diagnosis, activity without a change in behaviour, or reassurance that the current plan is brilliant simply because it is expensive.

Begin

Start with the behaviour.
